It is our sponsors that, in large part, make this conference possible.
There are three levels of sponsorship available, with each level
providing successively more exposure for the sponsor.
Sponsors can also choose to
rent an exhibit booth (free to Gold sponsors),
reserve a hospitality room,
and host an event (below).
Deadline
Sponsors may sign up at any time starting in mid-January.
Website exposure will begin soon after the contract is signed.
Please keep in mind that some items are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsors signing up after June 25th may not be eligible for
some exposure opportunities due to printing deadlines.
Hosting an Event
Sponsors have the opportunity to host various events.
Events that may be hosted include evening events & receptions, breakfasts and lunches.
During the hosted event, the sponsor may do a short presentation and
put up special signage.
Hosting an event is done in addition to a Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship.
Costs are simply those associated with the hosted event (such as food), and are contracted
directly with the hotel by the sponsor, although coordination with the conference program is required.
Hosted events must be reserved in writing with the SIC Sponsor Coordinator.
