Hours

Hospitality Rooms are open on the conference days of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, during daytime hours - approximately 9 am to 5 pm.

Room Information

Hospitality rooms vary in size, from approximately 20'x20' to 50'x20'. In Dallas, they are the "MIT Rooms" 1-8, located to the north, west and south of the conference rooms. (The conference sessions will be held in MIT Rooms 9-11, configured as one room, and MIT Rooms 12-13, also configured as one room.) Hotel floorplan

As of 4/16/2010, only 2 hospitality rooms remain available.

Location Assignment

Room location is assigned on a first come, first served basis to conference sponsors, at the discretion of the SIAF.

Cost

There is no rental fee for a hospitality room, however, you must be a conference sponsor to reserve one, and the hospitality room agreement requires the sponsor to stock the room with a minimum of $500 in food and beverages from the hotel.
