Exhibitor Information

Hours

The exhibit area is open from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday evening. A free pasta buffet dinner and cash bar will be located in the exhibit hall as part of Exhibit Night.

Booth Information

Exhibit booths are 10' x 10' in size, a standard pipe & drape booth. They come with an 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, and a standard black and white sign. Exhibitors may bring their own booth materials if desired, however, nothing may be affixed to the walls or ceiling of the exhibit area.

Standard electrical current is provided. Phone lines with local calls are also available (e.g. for dial-up internet access), but are available only for a limited number of booths and must be requested in advance. Wireless internet access provided by the conference may extend to the exhibit area.

Location Assignment

Booth location is assigned on a first come, first served basis at the discretion of the SIAF. Those exhibitors who sign up first are allocated booth space first.

Cost

Exhibit booths are $1000.00 each and may be purchased separately. (Gold sponsorship includes an exhibit booth.) Exhibit booth purchases include two complimentary conference registrations.
